I believe that truly successful design injects personality at the foundation of the brand—at the concept—and executes it consistently throughout. Design has become so broad as it's implemented throughout so much varied media that the process is as important as the execution. The ends don't justify the means, and if you don't know how you got there, you didn't learn anything and you're wasting your time.

In this day in age, when new programs and applications are constantly coming out, you need a learner. You need someone who wants to take things apart, capable of putting them back together in new and different ways.

My name's Joe Rousseau. I'm a process designer.
